quality and workmanship. Sensorwerks uses
CNC as well as conventional turning and
milling equipment to make precision parts.
Below are just a few examples.
This part is larger than it looks. It is the
inner workings of a ball valve, the gate.
This part is made of 17-4 PH stainless
steel. The valve has a 3-1/2" diameter
bore. The piece on the right is the valve
stem. Spherical tolerance +/- .001.
Material: Bronze and brass
The screw part is 3/4 " diameter 4 inches long.
3 Aluminum knobs w/knurl, stainless knob w/knurl, stainless stud
w/nut, small shackle, aluminum shaft.
